Taberna Los 4 Robles was founded with the full enthusiasm of the Pardellas Rivera brothers; Manuel, Cesáreo, José and Abelardo.
Led by the eldest brother Manuel and continuing a family tradition of several generations of cooks, confectioners and waiters, they moved from their native Pontevedra to Madrid; to found in 1969 several establishments located in the most emblematic areas of the city.
With the unconditional support of their parents Don Salvino Pardellas and Doña Deliciosa Rivera and their respective wives, the brothers bought a café located in Plaza Celenque, "El Cigarral".
A former manor house belonging to a family from Toledo, and after housing the former headquarters of the Caja Madrid central savings bank, what is today Taberna Los 4 Robles was born..
A classic style restaurant where the warm wood decor and marble tables invite you to experience the taverns of yesteryear.
Divided into two floors, on the first floor we have a bar and dining area to enjoy our delicious tapas, while those who prefer to eat in a more relaxed atmosphere can do so in the main dining room located on the upper floor.
